Elizabeth Milian is a Florida-licensed attorney and Managing Partner at The Milian Legal Group. She is an intellectual property attorney focused on trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection strategies. Her practice is dedicated to securing, protecting, and enforcing the IP rights of entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Elizabeth manages the full lifecycle of brand protection, including trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, litigation, licensing, and portfolio management. Elizabeth also represents clients in disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in federal court.

In addition to litigation and prosecution, she advises clients on licensing agreements and contracts involving intellectual property, providing strategic guidance to help them leverage their creative assets while minimizing legal risk. Her approach is proactive, practical, and always focused on building resilient brands.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Bar for the United States District Court, Southern District.
